3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
- Payment must be received in full before service completion or vehicle delivery
- All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KSH) unless otherwise specified
3.2 Pricing and Fees

4. Vehicle Sales
4.1 Vehicle Condition
- All vehicles undergo comprehensive inspection before sale
- Pre-owned vehicles are sold with disclosed condition reports
- Vehicle history reports are available upon request
- Mileage accuracy is guaranteed to the best of our knowledge
4.2 Warranties
- New vehicles come with manufacturer warranties
- Used vehicles include our 90-day limited warranty on major components
- Extended warranty options are available for purchase

5. Service Terms
5.1 Service Authorization
- All service work requires written authorization from the customer
- Estimates are provided before work begins
- Additional repairs discovered during service require customer approval
- We reserve the right to refuse service that may compromise safety
5.2 Parts and Labor
- We use genuine OEM parts when available
- Alternative parts may be used with customer consent
- All labor is performed by certified technicians
- Service work is guaranteed for 30 days or 1,000 kilometers
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Make timely payments according to agreed terms
- Maintain vehicles according to manufacturer recommendations
- Notify us immediately of any service issues
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Service Limitations
- Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions
- Consequential damages are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services
7.2 Vehicle Sales Limitations
- Vehicles are sold “as-is” except for specified warranties
- We are not responsible for buyer’s remorse or financing issues
- Pre-purchase inspections are recommended
- All sales are final unless otherwise specified
8. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation
- Unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration
- Kenyan law governs all transactions and disputes
- Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Nairobi County
